Yoga & Meditation Retreat – Slip into Slow

This is a time to change gears … to slip into slow.

Your Retreat will begin as you leave your home to make your way into this pristine sanctuary by the sea.  With yoga and meditation you will be guided into heart of your being.  Feel, as your senses awaken, your body softens and your mind settles down.  As you slip into slow and embrace this pace you will notice how the world around you changes.  This is where transformation begins.

I invite you to join me in this spiritually awakening weekend of heart opening, gentle yoga flexing, awareness and deep rest. Our location is in the pristine rainforest of Mission Beach on the edge of the ocean where you can deepen your experience and just be at one with nature. Simple, uncluttered and free.

Hatha & Qi Yoga 

A gentle, yet deep spiritual practice.  Open your energy channels, work with prana, your life force.  Movement and asanas that build strength and resilience.  Open with awareness, connect to the core of your being. A flowing practice filling and aligning you with Qi.  Finish with a guided relaxation.  This is a small friendly group perfect for the beginner to intermediate practitioner.

An individual journey to find peace of mind, more flexibility to your spine & body, build tone & strength to your muscles. Leave feeling centered, calm & refreshed.

Restorative Yoga

Using props, cushions and blankets,  unwind and learn to ‘let go’ …..  as your body comes to rest in a position, fatigue and tightness is eased.  As your body comes into quietness your mind begins to settle, bringing peace, calm, focus and clarity.  Sessions are held on the deck overlooking the forest. Hear the sounds of nature,  and the birds in the trees.  A deeply relaxing practice.  Held  twice a month on Saturday afternoon.

Cost 25, bolster 3, alternate Saturdays 4.30-6.30pm

Soul Rest Day

A day of slow yoga and relaxation to unwind,  to connect back into your own body and deeply relax. Dharma and Soul Circle, light refreshments and finish with Restorative Yoga and meditation.

Cost 65,  monthly on Saturday 1 -6pm

The Deep Relax 

De clutter your mind, deeply relax your body. Experience true bliss with this package, outside surrounded by the forest, immerse into nature. Begin your treatment with body mind connection using breath & meditation, followed by a pure relaxation massage & indian head massage, foot massage and energy balance.  Finish your session back on high cushioned meditation mat & bolster for Shavasana & guided meditation.   90 mins of  deep relaxation.

Cost 150,  private session of 90 mins
